I became interested in Osteopathy after suffering from severe back pain in my early twenties. I saw an Osteopath who put it down to fracturing my coccyx at 15, the resulting Coccygectomy, and how my body had compensated for this ever since. I was hooked. But it wasn't until quite a few years later that I booked myself onto a course, and graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2005. Increasingly specialising in Cranial Osteopathy, I qualified as a Craniosacral Therapist at the College of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) in London in 2008. Now practicing solely as a Craniosacral Therapist I specialise in infants, but equally love treating adults. By listening to an individual and being able to understand what they need from CST to help them restore a healthy balance in their body fascinates me.
Treatment is at my home in Winchmore Hill, North London where I live with my husband and two boys.
